Project D.E.O is a national initiative established under Genesis Life Care Centre to support two vulnerable groups:

Patients medically ready for discharge but financially unable to afford post-hospitalization care, and
Youths aging out of orphanages who require education, skills, and employment pathways.

We build a coordinated ecosystem between hospitals, care centres, corporate sponsors, training institutions, government agencies, and community partners to ensure that no one is left behind.

About Project D.E.O

Out Two Core Missions

Post-Hospitalization Care for the Financially Challenged

Providing subsidized or fully sponsored care for financially challenged patients who cannot safely return home after discharge from government hospitals throughout Malaysia.

Youth Empowerment & Skills Development

Connecting youths exiting orphanages with TVET scholarships, industrial training, and job opportunities to help them achieve long-term independence.

Every day in Malaysia:

Patients remain in hospitals longer than needed because they cannot afford post-hospitalization care.
Government welfare departments face capacity and funding limitations.
Youths leaving orphanages at 18 face unclear futures and limited opportunities.

Project D.E.O was created to bridge these gaps with compassion, structure, and sustainability.
